looking for secondhand 36+ string harp

Hi All, After a very long time serching North Down for a Harp Tutor, I recently started with a lady in Bangor. I now wish to purchase a celtic harp to practice on, preferrably 2nd hand as they are very expensive. Do not know where to find one and not sure if ebay is a good idea. has anyone any advice for a greenhorn... I would consider purchasing a new one on a starter range but unsure what i should look for. Thanks

harp tutoring

a very naieve mother with an 8 year old daughter who has expressed a keen interest in learning to play the harp for past 2 years.Has no musical grounding in any other instrument and does not possess a harp at present.Can you advise.Thanks.
